Bourjois Blush

After saving up enough points on my Boots card to get a YSL Mascara I decided I didn’t want it so instead I took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer and bought 3 new Bourjois Blushers. Bourjois is probably my favourite highstreet makeup brand (although Revlon and a few others are good too.) I love their foundations but only had one of their blushers so I felt it was essential to get at least three more. This was very much inspired by Cecilia from A Vain Woman who has a serious collection, one that I am very jealous of!

I got three new colours Rose Eclat (top), Rose Frisson(middle) and Sienne (bottom). A lot of the names have the word ‘Rose’ in it making it quite difficult not to buy the same shade twice especially as I wasn’t sure which one I already had at home- the only thing I knew was that it had the word ‘Rose’. The blushers are a little expensive when not on offer at £7,49 for 2.5g but I would really recommend picking them up when on offer, I got all three for under £15 (or in my case points.) The packaging is quite pretty but they do come with some horrible brushes which add no value, they have tiny little mirrors which I think is always nice. I love the scent of these blushers, they have a really nice, very light rose scent.

I will talk about these blushers individually very soon but in the mean time please let me know which is your favourite Little Round Pot Blushers in the comments!

I don't own any of the Bourjois blushes because I don't think it's worth £7.49 for a mere 2.5g of product but I do have an eyeshadow form Bourjois in the shade Blanche which is great as a highlight colour. 🙂

Where did you try them, in the store?

I agree a lot of them are no where near as pigmented as for example Sleek when simply swatching them, they do show up very well on the skin!

I have one Bourjois blush and I'm really disappointed. I have to wipe it with a tissue paper first to get any pigment on my brush. When working on a busy set while in a hurry, it's really annoying to have to wipe it first and then apply. But that's the only way to get any color payoff :
