Bioderma Crealine H2O Review

It seems everyone is talking about Bioderma Crealine and how much they love it or how much they think it is over rated. I go it back at the beginning of last month and I thought that I to would think it was over hyped but I don’t.

I might as well start by saying this isn’t too easy to get in the UK. Yes, some pharmacies do stock it and it is available on Ebay but you have to pay quite a lot for it. Therefore if you know anyone in France or you go there at some point I would recommend you pick some up. My aunt kindly sent me some over (I’ve already asked for some more even though I have two bottles), I have been using it ever since I got it in almost two months ago now.

Bioderma is a very gentle but still very effective cleanser which is available. It is popular with many makeup artists as it removes the makeup without irritating the skin which is always good. If feels and looks much like water but somehow it removes all my makeup and if you are patient enough to soak your eyes in it, it will even remove your mascara. It is unperformed, hypoallergenic and really good at doing its job. I thought that if I used this instead of a cream cleanser I would break out and I actually haven’t.

Saying that I do still wonder if it is actually doing anything great to my skin, although it doesn’t break me out and my skin is kept in a good condition whilst using this it isn’t in the best condition it have ever been. I would say this is the perfect cleanser to use when you don’t have time or are too tired to wash your face with a cream cleanser and it is much better for your skin than using face wipes.

AS you can probably tell I think this is a stable in any makeup wearers collection. It doesn’t have to be the product you use everyday but it is great and I often use it everyday.

So here is the tricky part- this product is widely available in France but here in the UK it is available from large pharmacies (usually for around £15), Le Guide Sante (for a great special price of £7.38) and on eBay.

Have you tried Bioderma Crealine? What is your favourite gentle cleanser?

So tempted to try this even though I've heard really mixed reviews. Do you know if they sell it anywhere else in Europe apart from France? I'm going to Spain and Turkey within the next month xx

Great Review. I always want to try this but as you have said it is pretty hard to get it in the UK. I have been tempted to buy this from Ebay but since i am jetting off to Hong kong next month, i am planning to buy it from there to save the hassle! i am really excited to try it though because i prefer water based make up removers over other formulations. Thanks for reviewing xoxo

Bioderma is definitely my favourite makeup remover by far. Unfortunately, I've run out, and have to wait til September for my friend to give me the bottle she bought for me in Paris. At the moment I'm using a Nivea one which is oil based (one of those you have to shake up), and I'd forgotten how much the oil irritates my eyes 🙁 Nx

I found Bioderma when I was in Korea a few weeks, and because I've seen and read many good reviews about, I purchased 3 bottles right away. Its my favorite makeup remover now! So happy with it!

I use Bioderma as an eye make up remover because it's effective and gentle…but I still use a face cleanser after my eyes are done. I wouldn't rely on Bioderma as a single step cleanser unless absolutely necessary on rare occasion.

If you see it for £7.95 buy it! As I've been into my local pharmacy and it's nearly €17!
