A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to be invited to the Avon event where I met the beautiful Alesha Dixon and the Pixiwoo girls. I also picked up a few things that I am very excited to share with you especially the Ideal Flawless Foundation! The foundation is oil-free and has SPF15, its pretty inexpensive at just £12 and comes in 16 shades!
The bottle is a glass rectangular bottle which may or may not have been inspired by the Chanel foundation bottles, are classic and sturdy. As I have dry skin I look for a product that feels moisturising and that blends really easily, this product does just that. I apply it with my fingers and achieve a medium-full coverage without looking cakey or even very noticeable. Its also nice that it is oil free as it means its suitable for all skin types and the slight dewy finish is nice for drier skins (or if you’re not a fan of matte skin).
I am so happy with this foundation and need to find myself an Avon representative to buy myself a few more shades as well as some backups. This is such a great foundation with a reasonable price and its nice to know that as they have a wide range of shades they’ll probably have yours!
I have the shade Medium Beige which is about an NC/NW30
I also tried the concealer which is quite nice for blemishes but not my favourite as the coverage isn’t as high as I would hope. This only comes in three shades but is oil free.
I am wearing both the foundation and the concealer in the picture above.

I love Avon! I have a mascara of theirs at the moment and its perfect for day time without being too heavy.
The only products I've had a problem with are their nail varnishes. They're really prone to chipping & need several layers before you get a good colour.

That foundation looks lovely on you. It has a great finish. I have really discovered Avon this year and have made quite a few purchases. I love their Calming Effects Foundation and the blush duo. Its always great quality.
