Winter Body Moisturisers

One of my few resolutions this year was to use moisturisers. I feel like an awful beauty blogger saying this but it is often a step I like to skip but it’s incredibly important especially in the current cold temperatures!

Vaseline Spray & Go £4.99
This has to be my number one go-to moisturiser at the moment and I can’t see myself ever living without it not. In the winter the last thing I want to do is strip down in the cold to cream myself but this makes the process super quick and easy, a couple of sprays here, there and everywhere. Rub it in super quick and get dressed and back into bed. Simple but effective, keeps my body hydrated in record time. I have actually been using this every night which is such an achievement for me!

Soap & Glory Smoothie Star Body Buttercream £10.50
I adore the smell of this product, nothing beats it! It smells of Pistachio, Almond and vanilla but also has nourishing oils. I use this one in the morning after a bath as it is perfect for legs and all over the body. Although it is quite heavily scented I wouldn’t say it lingers for too long. I have heard there is a Body Milk to go with this which I’m hoping smells the same!

The Body Shop Body Butter £13
An all time favourite that both my mother and I have been using for years and years are The Body Shop Body Butters. I personally don’t mind what scent I use but always reach for it when I need intensive moisturisers, specifically on my legs as it adds a nice sheen but isn’t greasy.

Jurlique Enriching Body Cream
If I need something to carry around either because I feel my skin is particularly dry and I have my arms out or simply for a weekend away I’ve been loving the Jurlique Enriching Body Cream. It’s in a travel friendly, light, squeezy bottle and isn’t too heavy so nice to apply on the go, even as hand cream.

What is your favourite body moisturiser in the colder months?

I love the bodyshop butters. They are just so moisturising :)! The coconut or Brazil nut ones are my fave although I'm using the vanilla one at the moment. X

I'm also guilty of skipping this step even though I know I really shouldn't. This post has got me thinking it might be time to introduce some new moisturizers into my routine! Thanks for sharing all these products!

I use both the Soap and Glory smoothie star buttercream and lotion, I love them both but unfortunately the lotion doesn't have a pistachio note, still delectable though.

Soap & Glory do the best body lotions & butters! I've been cheating a lot in the winter and using the Nivea In Shower moisturiser a lot so I don't have to do it when I get out! xx

I'm totally with you on this. In winter I always tend to skip moisturizing my body because the last thing I want to do is put a cold lotion or cream all over my body after getting out of a hot bath or shower. Any other season, I thoroughly enjoy this step but in winter I can't seem to be bothered.

I've been wondering for ages if the spray and go is a bit of a con but after this review it sounds as though it isn't! Great news!

I want to try that Body Shop butter, I only own the peach kind which is way too summery for this time of year. Lovely post.

I usually reach for S&Gs Smoothie Star body lotion during winter, it smells scrummy and is really moisturising as well. Need to try the Vaseline spray as I heard so many great things about it! x

My current moisturiser is The Body Shops chocomania – it is heaven. I have to try and stop myself from eating it straight out of the tub, it smells THAT good!! I also think it's a great winter smell!!

This is one I often skip too, oops!
I wouldn't mind trying the Vaseline Spray Moisturisers but I do prefer my body butters when I get round to using them.
