Cult Beauty Products Worth the Hype

Since my last blog post with my ten top Budget Cult Beauty Products worth the Hype proved to be quite popular I thought today I would share the non-budget version. That said most of these products float around the £20-£30 mark which I think isn’t overly highend and all these products are well worth the extra pounds.

Makeup Forever HD Foundation ()
I wasn’t sure if I was going to include this as it isn’t easy to get hold of in the UK however it’s probably one of my all time favourite foundations, it overs coverage without being overly cakey.

Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk ()
Equally as beautiful as the Makeup Forever HD Foundation however it’s a little easier to get hold of and it’s a Kardashian favourite!

Bumble & bumble Dry Spun Finish ()
I wasn’t too sure if it was soon to call this a ‘Cult product’ as it has only been released recently but everyone in the industry seems to love it and I can see why. It adds volume and texture without adding in weight which is perfect for use fine hair gals.

Benefit The Porefessional ()
This almost didn’t make the cut but I love it and use it so much it simply had to. I’ve gone through a few tubes and it remains my favourite primer.

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream ()
Rewind a couple of years and this product was everywhere but it seems to be getting forgotten a little, at least with bloggers but it still remains an absolute staple for both me and my mum. It’s great for minor irritations, sores and dry skin- I always have one of these on hand.

Clarins Instant Lip Perfectors ()
Simply the best lipgloss out there, nothing compares.

Urban Decay Naked Palettes ()
I doubt any eyeshadow palette will come out soon and actually be better than these they are just my favourite, it’s rare that I ever reach for anything else.

Mac Lipsticks ()
I nearly put YSL lipsticks in here but if I am honest I prefer MAC and they’re cheaper. The colour range and finish selection is very impressive, they always have what you are looking for.

Benefit They’re Real Mascara ()
You need to give it a week to dry out a little but after that it’s amazing and adds great volume and length.

Clarisonic ()
I’ve had this for ages now and somehow have never mentioned it, I am not a Clarisonic addict but still think it’s a staple. I only use it every now and then but see a great change when I do, it’s also useful when removing fake tan from neck and decolletage.

Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler (Available here)
After almost removing all my eyelashes and eyeball with another pair of curlers this week I am convinced these are the best on the market. The shape is perfect to achieve lifted lashes and an open eye, a little pricey as far as eyelash curlers go but a great investment and they last a long time.

YSL Mascara (Available here)
Although I don’t have one at the moment YSL mascaras (Shocking or original) are my favourite picks, nothing gives my lashes volume like them.

Totally agree with you on the natural light lip perfectors and the Shu eyelash curler. I'd add Clinique's Take the Day Off Balm to the list – This is on my automatic 'must repurchase list'.

I feel like I'm one of the only people who doesn't love The Porefessional!

I have to say, NARS Sheer Glow is a cult product that is pretty darn amazing. I haven't tried the GA Luminous Silk foundation as I opted for sheer glow but it is definitely the next high end foundation I want to try!

For being such a huge Benefit fan, I can't believe I only picked up the Porefessional a few weeks ago. Can't see myself going back now. It's such a great primer!

I'm with you on the MAC lipsticks, just as long as they don't increase the price anymore! Although I actually didn't like the Bumble and Bumble dry spun finish!

How on earth do you purchase the make up forever foundation here in the UK? I really want to get it but I don't know my colour! So I'm having a predicament!
