Why I Love Circle Bags (and My Wishlist)

(Photos above: Black Bag, Black Straw Bag, Straw Bag (currently sold out), Mustard Studded)

I’m more of a bag girl than a shoe girl but even still I rarely buy bags. I don’t actively go out looking for a new bag, the new bag must find me and I must fall in love with it before I take it home which is why I’m surprised by just how many circle bags I have fallen for and bought recently.

Circle bags were on the run way at Chloe, Saint Laurent and more, they’re the must-have it-bag of the season, which makes it the perfect way to update any outfit. I also like that they’re typically a nice medium size, they fit all the essentials without letting you fit in the kitchen sink, forcing me to carry a lighter bag- which is always good, although I have spotted some beautiful larger beach ones! I love that circle bags are fun without being childish and they can add a playfulness to almost any outfit, whilst still remaining elegant.

Since it isn’t a very classic shape I think it’s best to keep it highstreet, especially since the highstreet have done such a good job with them! There are straw ones, party ones, leather ones, all the circle bags you could ever need and all for less than £60 down below…

I have three circle bags already! I have the black version of your Topshop mustard one, it’s become my everyday bag very quickly!
