2. Write Christmas Cards
I’m hoping to buy some today as I’ve seen such beautiful ones in Paperchase, I love Christmas Cards. I think they are much more personal than a casual text message or email.

3.Buy a bauble
Check out my guide to Beauty Baubles here

4.Decorate your tree

5.Have an early Christmas dinner for friends

If you’re looking for affordable gifts either for a main gift, stocking filler or secret Santa I have you covered. There are some great beauty items that won’t break the bank but still make great gifts! It’s so easy to fill stockings with boring socks and chocolates but there are so many affordable items that are a little more fun.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m still hoping for some fluffy socks and chocolates but I’d love an extra hand cream and a blush palette.

Let me know in the comments what you would like to see in your stocking in the comments!

Everyones Christmas budget varies and there is no right or wrong of course but if you are fortunate enough to be spend £50+ or have someone spending that much money on you, I have put together a video with a few of my favourite picks.

There’s a mixture of leather goods, a beautiful watch and of course a few makeup items along the way. I think when buying a gift it’s always quite nice to go luxury although that doesn’t have to mean expensive. For example a Chanel polish is luxurious but at £18 it isn’t actually a months wage (like a Chanel Handbag might be), it’s just expensive for a lipstick and it’s often a really nice treat that not everyone would spend money on for themselves.

On my wish list this year are a Tom Ford lipstick and a Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow palette which I just don’t feel I have been able to justify all year but if someone is kind enough to buy it for me I’ll be over the moon!

What’s on your wishlist?

Also don’t forget I am doing Vlogmas this year and uploading a new video everyday until Christmas- subscribe here!

It was a hard decision but I think my favourite Lush Christmas gift has to be the 12 Days Of Christmas set. It’s not the cheapest at £49.95 but inside are 12 of the most popular Christmas Lush Products.

Strictly speaking the 12 Days of Christmas start on Christmas day but I think this is a great treat to start opening in the lead up to Christmas, almost like an advent calendar (Lush need an advent Calendar, can you imagine how magical that would be?!) Inside are a variety of Lush products including bath bombs, shower gels, body lotions and soaps to have you smells sweet and feeling relaxed either post or pre Christmas.

It’s great if you haven’t tried much from Lush or are an absolute Lush addict as it has a little bit of everything! It has my favourite Lush soap, Honey I Washed The Kids as well as Snow Angel which is a beautiful Bath Melt and Golden Wonder which I have heard great things about. I am surprised that there is no Snow Fairy inside but since I am not the biggest fan I don’t mind.

I’ve mentioned that I think buying makeup for others can be very difficult which is why this is great, theres a variety of bath and shower products, so no what mater what skin type or colour preference someone has in makeup they’ll love this.

But really I think this is a fabulous treat for yourself and I can’t wait to start using the products! I’m not sure if I should wait until 12 Days before Christmas or just start using it know.

What is your favourite Lush Christmas product?

The 12 Days Of Christmas Set is available here for £49.95

With Christmas parties starting, I thought I would share my picks of the Beauty Christmas Crackers which are about this year as there are some fabulous ones…
Space Nk- £48 for six I’m going to kick this off with my favourite set of crackers. They work out at £8 a cracker which is fairly inexpensive in comparison to most crackers around but the best thing is that you get a great selection of high-end brands such as Caudalie, Oribe and Laura Mercier. I think these are the ones I’ll have round my Christmas table.

No7- £14 for six These are the best value set at under £2.50 each- but you can even get them on 3 for 2!! Inside there is a mixture of nail polishes and skincare all perfect for winter.

Champneys £10 for four Another great set if you are on a budget. Admittedly they don’t look quite as luxurious as the rest but they are a great option if your guest are more in to bath and body care rather than makeup and skincare.

Cowshed Christmas Crackers £10 The singular £10 crackers are best as a treat to yourself or as a gift as they are quite expensive however with this Cowshed one you get two products inside; a lip balm and a hand cream.

Philip Kingsley- £10 If hair care is more your things than this Philip Kingsley one is the one for you. It comes with a shampoo, conditioner and the cult favourite Elasticizer perfect for achieving party ready hair.

This Works – £10 The party season is the time of the year when most of us get the least amounts of sleep which is why I love that this cracker has the This Works Deep Sleep Body Therapy inside which is one of my current loves.

Clarins- £39 for six It’s no secret that Clarins is one of my all time favourite brands so I’d love to discover this makeup or skincare inside my cracker.

Harvey Nicols £50 for six This one comes a close second to the Space Nk one as it houses brands such as Laura Mercier, Deborah Lippmann and Prada, with a great mix of nail polish, perfume, skincare and makeup.

Lancome- £54 for six There isn’t a single product in this set that I would be disappointed with. It is filled with what I consider to be essentials; mascara, lipstick, serum and more

Jo Malone- £32 The most luxurious cracker of all. It has three (sample sized) Jo Malone products, need I say more….

Which is your favourite cracker?
