Cupcakes & Links of London

Cakes have to be one of my favourite food groups. I’m always on the quest for the cutest and tastiest cupcake.

And there are some good contenders in London but Primrose bakery is probably my favourite. Not only are the cakes delicious but the store in Primrose Hill is just the cutest!

Last week I got to indulge in some cake with some of my absolute favourite blogging girls- Jess, Ellie and Meg. I don’t get to see these babes as often as I’d like, so it’s always such a treat when we get to hang out together, especially when cake is involved!

Cake choice is always a tricky one for me but in the end I went for a super adorable merengue cupcake, Ellie got a Gluten-free one, Jess- red velvet and I believe Meg’s was caramel. They were all super pretty, so naturally we had to take a few photos before we even had a chance to take a bite. But if you’re ever looking for the cutest cafe in north London, this is definitely it!

You may have spotted we’re all also wearing matching Sterling Silver Sweetie Charm bracelets from iconic British Brand: Links of London. This is actually my first Sweetie Bracelet ever, after lusting after one for the last ten years. That said I have some other Links of London pieces which I wear almost everyday, they’re such great quality and my other pieces are totally different to this bracelet, so there really is something for everyone.

Although we all have Sweetie bracelets, they’re all slightly different as we picked individual charms to suit our own personality. I personally went for a Sterling Silver feather, Silver Sapphire & Blue Topaz Evil Eye and the Keepsakes Sterling Silver Flip Flop Charm– a rather eclectic group but I think that’s the magic of charm bracelets. You can decide to have a theme, pick to only have a certain colour, have ten charms or just one, actually even none- the Links of London Sweetie bracelet is equally as beautiful with no charms. I personally went with no theme; just what ever I loved as to be honest I’m fed up of themes (especially Instagram ones!)

Do you have a Links of London Sweetie Bracelet? What charms would you add to your bracelet?
