Masque Bar Masks

Masque Bar is a Korean brand which Boots is introducing to the UK market. They create affordable, at-home masks in the form of sheet, mud and creme masks which tackle a range of skincare concerns.

There are four masks; Anti-Blemish Mud Mask, Brightening Sheet Mask, Pore Refining Creme Mask and Anti- Wrinkle sheet mask. I personally find the sheet masks to be the most interesting as they are infused with ingredients such as green tea and liquorice root and the cotton or fibre sheet stops the product from evaporating as it would if they ingredients were in serums. I also love that each pack come with three mask sachets which means the mask lasts longer and also makes the ideal to travel with.

I’ve tried out the Brightening Sheet Mask and the Pore Refining Creme Mask both of which I loved. Although you are left looking slightly crazy whilst wearing the sheet mask, it is easy to apply and doesn’t involve the mess you get from a traditional mask. The Pore Refining Mask also left my skin looking great although I do find sachets for creme masks a little hard to use, as getting the whole product out isn’t the easiest.

I’m sure these will quickly become my favourite masks to travel with as well as to use at home as they are super affordable and from what I have seen so far leave my skin feeling healthy and hydrated.

Masque Bar will be available from Boots in October- £9.99 per box of three masks.

Which mask are you currently loving?
