Make Up For Ever

I’ve been waiting for Make Up Forever to finally launch in the UK ever since I tried the Make Up For Ever HD Foundation many years ago. It finally launched earlier this month, exclusive to Debenhams and I am so excited to have new products to try and share with you.

Their HD Foundation is one of my all time favourite and one I recommend all the time. It’s a beautiful buildable coverage which is hardly detectable on the skin and photographs really well as it doesn’t have SPF. I haven’t had a chance to try Smoky Extravagant Mascara but the original Smoky Mascara is one of my all time favourites, it’s super black and deliver great volume so I am expecting a similar result.

I have also been loving the High Definition Powder as it has the mesh over the product which I think is very clever so that it is easy to use but doesn’t spill everywhere. It’s a really fine powder that I find helps leave the skin almost airbrushed, great under the eyes and all over the face to set makeup.

Although I am yet to try the Aqua range I have heard it is the best waterproof makeup and I think I may pick up a black liner as I am yet to find the perfect waterproof liner.

Would love some Make Up For Ever recommendations in the comments!

I bought my first Make Up For Ever product last week! The HD powder but mine is the pressed version as I thought it would be easier for travel convenience. I love it so much as well, I wrote about it on my blog. I really want to try the HD foundation as well but you know, student budget problems. X

I had no idea they didn't have MUFE in the UK. Happy that it's made it's way over to you guys, they've got some really great things. I love the HD foundation as well, it's been my only foundation since I discovered it almost a year ago.

As for recommendations – their artist shadows are great, but they are a bit pricey. Granted, they are huge, but the price is still high compared to some other brands. Also their brushes are lovely, but a little overpriced in my opinion. Oh, but I do recommend 100% their lip liners. I'm not sure the exact name (maybe artist lip liners?), but they are such good quality, pigmented, not too drying, and the lasting power is pretty damn great.

Very excited to try to Makeup Forever foundation – how much does it cost? I've heard so many good things, first brand to even tempt me away from Revlon Colour Stay.

I didn't try HD foundation yet but your recommendation and all other views inspire me.
I just ask, Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
