Hello Lovelies, I hope you are all well! Just wanted to have a quick catch up with you all and share yesterdays outfit.
As many of you may now I am now currently on holiday in Portugal and will be here for another few weeks. The weather has been nice although rather cold at night and as you can see my picture I still don’t have a tan, which is quite disappointing.
Yesterday I attended a wedding and thought I would share a couple of pictures of my outfit. Recently shopping hasn’t really been a priority or something I really enjoy but I knew I had to buy a dress for this wedding. I popped into Debenhams and walked straight to the Coast section, in the sale section lay this dress and since I love the colour I bought it. I do quite like the dress all over now I adore the colour and think the shape is quite flattering too.
Finding that dress almost by accident and growing to love it once worn feels very relatable, especially when travel already fills your days with enough stimulation. Weddings have a way of making you slow down, notice the details, and appreciate how an outfit can carry memories long after the day is over, whether it is the color, the fit, or simply how confident you felt wearing it.
That reflective mood often turns toward the fun events that lead up to the big day, when friends come together simply to enjoy each other’s company. Planning a getaway with your closest people can feel just as exciting as the wedding itself, particularly when travel is involved and everyone is ready to relax and make memories.
Choosing from East coast bachelorette destinations opens up so many possibilities, from lively cities to charming coastal towns that offer the perfect mix of celebration and downtime. These trips become a chance to laugh, reconnect, and savor that fleeting season before married life begins, making the whole journey feel even more meaningful.
Of course, all that excitement eventually circles back to one essential decision—the setting where everything comes together. Finding the right wedding venue is less about ticking boxes and more about choosing a place that feels grounded, timeless, and true to the couple’s story. Whether it’s a grand estate steeped in tradition or a serene outdoor landscape, the venue sets the tone for every moment that follows.
Some couples are drawn to destinations that carry both natural beauty and a sense of occasion, and Kualoa Ranch Oahu often enters the conversation right at that turning point. With its sweeping scenery and quiet grandeur, it offers a backdrop that doesn’t compete with the celebration but enhances it, allowing the day to unfold with a sense of ease and authenticity.
In the end, a well-chosen venue does more than host a wedding—it anchors the memories. It becomes the place people recall years later, not just for how it looked, but for how it felt when everyone gathered there, present and unhurried, marking the beginning of something built to last.
I was having a truely bad hair day so please don’t pay attention to my hair- early weddings always leave me looking like this! I teamed it with a pair of (rather uncomfortable) Zara nude heels which are quite pretty, an Aldo nude clutch, my compulsory Michael Kors Watch and a pair of H&M sunglasses.
Hope you are all having a great summer too!
