Today’s manicure Monday is a guest post from Sinead with one of my favourite nail colours…
I have a lot of nail polishes and it is no secret but on a
recent trip to Boots I came across a colour that isn’t presently in my large
nail polish collection and that is green. When I came across the Sinful Colours
range I had to pick up a green shade to add to my collection, I picked up a pastel
green which was only £1.99. For my manicure I firstly buff, smooth and add
shine to my nails using a Topshop nail file which was only £2 I then add Essie Sugar Daddy to my nails to
act as my base so my nails don’t discolour or stain , once the base has dried I
apply two coats of Pistache to my nails.
The nail polish dried within 5 minutes and I then use my trusty Seche Vite dry
fast top coat to finish my mani. I would recommend the top coat to anyone who
is always painting their nails and wants their nail colour to last a little bit
longer. The nail polish is relatively easy to apply but a thicker brush would
make it slightly easier as a result more care needed to paint the nails. The
nail polish doesn’t have the best wear but the top coat defiantly prolongs the
overall wear but at £1.99 I think you can’t really go wrong.
