Bourjois Colour Edition 24H

It’s no secret that I love Bourjois hardly a day goes by without me using a handful of their products so I was very excited for the release of their new cream to powder eyeshadows. The new Colour Edition 24H eyeshadows come in six different colour of which I have three of.

I went for 05 Prune Nocturne, 02 Or Desir and 01 Mervelle d’Argent. I have tried Mervelle d’Argent at LFW as it was used on the Zoe Jordan models as a beautiful highlight. However I have been completely addicted to Prune Nocturne which is almost maroon in colour with a slight pink shimmer running through it. I’d wear this everyday if I could but at least by itself it can be a little much for day time (see application in this video)

I use these over a normal eyeshadow base, apply it with my fingers but blend it a little bit using a brush. I’ve used these by themselves as well as a base for my eyeshadows and both ways works well. I can’t wait to get my hands on the other three shades and really hope Bourjois will be releasing some more colours.

These launch this month with the RRP of £6.99- wait for a 3 for 2 (or another special offer) and pick up a few shades. Completely obsessed with these at the moment!

What colour do you like the most out of the ones I have?

This looks great and i'm excited that they are a cream to powder finish. I find that the maybelline ones tend to crease on my eyelids so i am hoping that these would be more suitable for me 🙂

Thanks for sharing~ Can't wait to try these when they launch! Have a great day <3

These are so so pretty! I can't wait! I think the cranberryish colour is the one i cant wait to get my hands on – i really wish one of the budget brands would bring out a natural colour long stay creme eyeshadow to use as a base. Missing a trick!

I need to get my hands on these I love the plum shade, this would look great with a black blended really well into the outer corner for a night time smokey eye!

I'm really drawn to Prune Nocturne as while it is more bold than I would normally wear it doesn't look too scary it looks like a safe way to dabble with colour on a night out and perfect for autumn!

The prune shade is gorgeous! The rest of the shades are very similar to the maybelline colour tattoo options but prune is lovely and different

Gorgeous shades – I bought one from superdrug online a couple of days ago but the shade names online are different to the shade names on everyones blog posts – confusing!
