FOTD:Two Party Looks

For any of you going out this evening, looking for a pretty look for Christmas Day or any New Years Party here are my two easy party looks. I wouldn’t usually wear much eyeshadow with a bright lip however if there is ever a time you can do so it’s now. Keep skin looking light and glowy so that the whole look doesn’t feel over done. I haven’t gone with the traditional red lip and you see that everywhere and I think by now most people have perfected their red lip looks.

I went for , , Maybelline Age Rewind Concealer as my base for both looks. I also stuck to my trusty , Estee Lauder Double Wear Eyeliner, and as they’re some of my favourite products but I changed up the eyeshadow, blush and lipsticks.

I used both the and palette for this look, I used half baked as my main lid colour and blended with some of the Naked 3 shades. As I wanted the skin to remain light I use the as a blush and my current favourite bronzer which is . I had just received this beautiful lip colour from Topshop which I actually though I wouldn’t love but it is the perfect colour and finish. They call it a , it’s super creamy and pigmented but I also teamed it with a .

This look uses just the Naked 3 palette although now looking back on it. it looks a little summery especially with the necklace. I wanted to keep the rose gold theme going from the eyes on to the cheeks and went for the For the lips I had just found my Kevyn Aucoin lip pencil in Blossom but to down it down a little I used the Revlon Colorburst Balm stain in Romantic to finish it off.

What makeup have you got planned for the next few days? Will you be going with a traditional red lip?
