Manicure Monday 24 Days Of Christmas Nails

As I have previously mentioned this year I will be posting a new nail polish look everyday of advent on my Instagram. Although it is only day two I though I would share the first images I have posted.

I kicked off my advent calendar with some sparkly tips, I started with a french tip using my favourite white by Morgan Taylor (All White Now) before finding some pretty glitter polishes to apply on top. I love this sort of look as its a little more fun than the french manicure and I am sure I’ll feature a few looks like this over the next few weeks.

Today’s nail polish was a beautiful gold/silver from Liz Earle called Golden Celebration. I was quite surprised to see this colour from them as I think they usually play it quite safe (although they’re great quality.) When I first saw this colour I thought I was going to like it once applied but actually it applied opaque after just a single colour and is a pale silvery gold which is far more wearable then most gold. An extra big plus is that it is a gold with no actual glitter particles meaning removal won’t take an hour but it still a beautiful pearl running through it. It is currently part of their extra-special December offer which offers this Limited Edition Golden Celebration Nail polish, a 100ml Hand Repair and a Strenthening Nail colour in Knockout for free when you buy your winter skincare essentials (more info) which also comes with a great £35 discount! It would be rude not to!

The only downside to sharing so many different nail polishes this month is that Boots have an amazing offer on the Sensational Starter Kit and I can not wait to try it but have to hold off! It is currently only £45 down from £105 and I’ve heard its a must-have product. Although it appears to be sold out online it’s worth having a look in stores (I saw some in Clapham Common earlier today)

What have you had on your nail recently?

Loving the sparkly tips! Will definitely have to try something similar. I'm currently loving the Barry M sparkle polishes as they're such brilliant value and have really good coverage. Right now I'm wearing Copper 🙂

The french manicure is lovely! I wish my nails weren't so stubby at the moment! I'm so tempted by the sensational kit, I may have to read some reviews.
