First I like to make sure I book a wax well in advance for the day before I fly, the last thing I want to be worrying about on holiday is wether my legs need to be shaven or not. It can be costly but so worth it, if you are doing it at home yourself try the Nair Washable Roll-on Wax which I was pleasantly surprised by!
The other thing I like to do is a mini detox, of course you can go for a full on one but I personally don’t have the will power. I’d recommend drinking hot water and lemon every morning get your whole digestive system working and it will help your body detoxify. Up your intake of green tea, Matcha Tea or any other detox tea you may like and cut out processed carbs which will make you bloat and are just generally not great.
For the outside of my body I like to up the amount I exfoliate jut to get rid of any old skin and help my skin look healthier, I like to use a exfoliating glove or something a little more pampering like L’Occitane Delicious Paste. It also helps your tan last longer in the long run which is personally my favourite reason to do it. With exfoliating you of course need to moisturise which will also help skin look much healthier, I like a thick body butter such at the Soap & Glory Smoothie Star. There are also a lot of anti-cellulite creams about such as Clarins Body Lift Cellulite Control if that’s something you’re a little conscious about.
