The Everything Palettes

I’m trying hard to not be that girl that takes a whole suitcase for a single night away and to help with that I’ve turning to palettes that have a mixture blush, eyeshadow and more. There seem to be quite a lot of these at the moment and I’ve got my eye on both the Urban Decay Naked on the Run Palette and the Nars Laser Cut Palette but I thought I would also share my picks of the ones I have.

With a mixture of blush and eyeshadows I love the Sleek Makeup Eye & Cheek Palette £10, theres a choice two colour combinations each coming with two blushers and four eyeshadows. It’s very affordable and perfect to travel with, I love the Dancing til Dusk Palette which houses four perfect brown shadows and two very wearable blushers. I actually prefer these two the standard Sleek Eyeshadow palettes as they really have just what you need to create an easy but polishes eye and cheek look instead of lots of colour you might not use.

If you are looking for something offering more than the £45 which has not only eyeshadows and blush but also a cream pigment and a brow powder is great. I’ve taken this away with me various times and not needed much else but a foundation, lipstick and mascara. The quality is what you would expect from Illamasqua- perfect and I love the enormous mirror for on the go.

If you’re looking for one with lipstick options than the is my suggestion. Elegantly packaged it offers blush, eyeshadow, highlighter and lipstick. There is a and option in palettes but I do find the weekend palette to be a little more wearable. It looks very luxurious and I love pulling it out of my handbag for touch ups.

Not the most travel friendly but great gifts, Benefit Cosmetics offer Beauty Kits filled with some of their best-selling products. They’re a very affordable way to try lots of their products in mini sizes without buying full sizes and have everything from cheek and lips to lashes and primers.

My favourite of all have to be the , they look beautiful and are such a great option although they are pricey. I love that all I need to grab is this and a foundation and be set- it has mascara, primer, a great eyeshadow selection and lots more. They do vary depending on the size but you can add/remove pages and change the products you want to keep in it so you are always ready to leave at a moments notice. Although they seem like a lot of money in comparison to the rest you get a lot of products which probably works out cheaper in the long run.

What is your favourite all-singing all-dancing palette?

This post brings to my attention that I don't own a palette that has both blush and eye shadow… looks like I'll just have to go do some more Christmas shopping for myself! ^_^

That Illamasqua palette is so beautiful 🙂 I think the Urban Decay On The Run is one of the best all in one palettes I've seen, it's definitely on my wish list!

I love Sleek palettes as the shadows are always so pigmented and buttery smooth to apply. My favourite is the Sleek Storm palette.
