It’s no secret that I love fake tan but when picking between skincare and fake tan, skincare wins 80% of the time especially as most (face) fake tans aren’t really designed to be applied over moisturiser. Recently I have been saying yes to both skincare and fake tan by simply adding a few drops of the Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster to both my face cream and body cream.
The original face one has been around for a while although the body one was only released last week. Clarins do some great tanning products (and sun care too actually!) but the Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster is a real gem. I simply add it to my moisturiser, a few drops will do, everyday as I usually would apply my moisturiser and once I have reached my desired tan I simply apply less drops of tan.
It’s a really subtle and natural looking colour (just add more drops for a darker tan), with no fake-tan-scent but I still like to apply it at night. The colour is really customisable and I just love that I can still to my usual creams. I don’t actually use a mitt to apply this I wash my hands once I have finished with warm soapy water and have never woken up with orange palms.
It’s also perfect to travel with, as they are quite small bottles but since the product is so concentrated they actually last a long time. I think I’ll be using this all year round, especially on holiday when I want to go bare faced and bare legged but just need a little tan to add a nice subtle glow.
A little less scary than usual fake tan, it’s as easy as applying a moisturiser.
It sounds like such a great idea, I love the idea that you can alter how many drops you add depending on how tanned you want to be!

I wish I was brave enough to try fake tan ..I'm so pale I just worry it would look ridiculous on me! (:

I need to try this! Although I love my pale skin on my face, I'm starting to wish I had more tanned limbs – blue legs aren't a good look! So must try out both of these! As having tanned legs and arms with a pale face might look a bit weird lol! xo
These are such a great idea but I'm still nervous I'll end up patchy – I'm so useless when it comes to fake tan, but I'm desperate for some colour! May have to give them a go!

Ahh this sounds so good! I love fake tan but sometimes find it a chore applying it but to do it with your moisturiser sounds fab!
