Buying for men is always really hard in my opinion so I love a good Father’s Day gift guide, usually I fill mine with just beauty but this year I have upped my game and I think you’ll find something your dad really loves…

A little bit pricier but everyone needs a pair of trainers especially if you’re father is quite active or you’re trying to encourage him to be more active. Infinities have a whole range of menswear but their trainer section caught my eye recently and I picked up the Nike Air Max 1’s as my brother swears that they’re the most comfortable thing ever!

If your dad is a film lover or you fancy offering him something that he can make the most of later in the year then a Cineworld Voucher is a great option. I’m not usually a voucher-gift-lover as I think they’re often not personal enough but I think a cinema voucher is a little more unusual and seems like you’ve bought more thought into what he loves.

I was actually super excited about this beer making kit from Brewbarrel so have already shown my dad this, I haven’t given it a go yet so I have no idea what the beer tastes like but we’re both super excited to try it and make it for ourselves. It’s a great fun idea which you can both do together.

If you’re on a budget and are looking for something quite fun then Superdrug have some surprisingly cool gifts including a self-stirring mug, mini tool kit and Blinktime Watch, all for under£10!

Now onto the beauty…

Every man needs a grooming/shaving machine, whether it’s to keep their beard in shape or they like a close shave. If they like to change up their beard look then Braun Multi Groomer is a great option as they can use it to shave style and trim their beard but if he just wants to shave then Braun Series 3 is the one to go for (it’s a best seller!). My dad is more of a razor man and if yours is too then the New Gillette Fusion Proshield is inexpensive and always useful!

Staying with shaving The Real Shaving Co is a company which is renowned for its superior men’s grooming products. I’ll admit I’m always a little confused by men’s brands as I don’t know too much about them but the brand is developed for men that want the barbershop shave at home. It’s all really affordable with shaving creams starting at just £3.99 but they also have moisturisers and everything else you’d expect.

For more luxe everyday essential MR. offer a thickening Shampoo and conditioner which uses their unique thickening complex to promote thick, healthy hair. The whole hair care range is really great for any dad that might be looking to disguise or add thickness to their hair but there is a styling range too.

My dad isn’t quite cool enough for skincare but if your dad is then Foreo have a sleek men’s range and since I’ve tried the ladies range (different colour) I can confirm it’s worth looking into! New from Foreo is their new for on the go and they even have a to go with it.

Onto fragrance which I really struggle to write about but I think it makes a great gift!

If you’re on a budget and want to pick up a fragrance then Yardley 1770 is great and you’d never guess it’s £9.99! It’s quite a citrusy scent with hints of patchouli, ginger and more woody scents.

Next, – I’m not saying this is a unique scent because it isn’t but it’s a good one to consider if you’re not too sure what scent your father usually goes for as I think most men would like this.

is a lovely daytime, spring/summer scent, with notes of Pepper, Melon and musk. It’s a little more sophisticated than other Abercrombie scents I’ve smelt in the past.

A new fragrance from Montblanc is Legend Spirit and this is my pick of the four. Again not ground breaking but I think it’s both classic and modern with notes of Lavender, white musk and bergamot.

I find buying for my dad so much harder than buying gifts for my mum, my mum pretty much loves what I love so it’s about ten times easier. There were some really great ideas in this post though, I think my dad would love that Jimmy Choo Man scent.
