Super Easy Affordable Halloween Makeup with Boots UK

For those of you that follow me on Instagram or YouTube, you may have seen that I’m taking part in a super fun Halloween Campaign with Boots to create an affordable and easy Halloween look.

I went for Wednesday Addams as not only is the makeup easy but so is the outfit- plus I think it’s a good scary-ish Halloween outfit without being gruesome.

As part of the campaign, Boots threw a fabulous Halloween sleepover at an amazing haunted hotel with some of my favourite bloggers; Meg, Em and Becca who I celebrated with in spooktacular style.

We all recreated our Halloween makeup looks (check out the girls looks here: Em, Becca and Meg)

For mine, I used the same products from my YouTube video to create my Halloween look and it was super quick and easy. All the products are available at Boots and start at just £2.99, plus they have a ‘3 for 2’ mix and match across cosmetics and beauty accessories at the moment – BONUS. My current favourite Natural Collection Extreme 24 Hour Felt Tip Liner is a must have I wore all evening and I also really fell in love with the black lips and the beautiful lashes!

Halloween isn’t just about the costume—it’s about the little extras that pull the whole look together. You could throw on a black dress and be a witch, sure, but add a dramatic hat, glittery nails, and a broomstick and suddenly, you’re full-on spellcaster chic. Accessories are where the magic really happens. Think dramatic lashes, spooky earrings, and glow-in-the-dark nail polish—just the kind of finishing touches that take your look from basic to boo-tiful.

While no one at the event went full Jedi this time, I definitely think someone could rock a costume with a glowing lightsaber—easily picked up at Theory Sabers—next year. Imagine pairing that with a dark cloak, some dramatic makeup, and a mischievous smirk—instant Sith vibes. It’s such a cool way to bring a unique twist to classic Halloween style while still keeping things playful and fun.

So if you’re planning your own Halloween look, don’t overlook the accessories. Raid the beauty aisle for face gems, snag some statement tights, or even DIY a themed clutch. It’s all about adding those cheeky, spooky, or downright fabulous details that make your costume pop—because Halloween is the one time of year when more really is more.

I finished my Wednesday Addams look with Barry M Gelly Nail Paint Black Forest, which not only looks great for Halloween but also is a great autumn/winter pick.
Once we were all made up we ate lots of Halloween themed chocolates, made our way through endless popcorn and watched my favourite Halloween film- Hocus Pocus.

I had such a lovely time and a huge thanks to Boots for having me and for collaborating with me!
