1. Still not had that beauty clear out we spoke about last week? Well now is the time, take an hour either today or tomorrow to have a big clear out and tidy. You’ll give yourself a well deserved tap on the back once it’s done!
2. Go for a long walk. Most of us still haven’t burnt off all the Christmas calories and a long walk is a great way to start, plus it gets you out of the house and it’s free!

3. Wear a bright colour. I am possibly the worst at this, especially in winter but I think sometimes its quite nice to make a little effort to not wear just black, grey, brown and navy but full on colour can be difficult. Try adding a bright scarf, bag or jacket and take a little inspiration from the photos above.
4. Book a getaway. This is top of my list and hopefully I’ll manage to book on by Sunday. EasyJet, RyanAir and Euro Star are all on sale so it’s a great chance to book but you can also find some great UK hotel deals if you don’t want to leave the country.
